Is there a way I can ask Dr. Grayson Murray questions directly?
We encourage our patients to have open, direct communication with Dr. Grayson. Therefore, she’s available daily to answer your questions via e-mail. She strives to respond within 24
hours.
What should I expect on my first visit?
A typical first visit in our practice incorporates gathering oral diagnostic data to determine the current state of your oral health. We will take a full set of dental x-rays and perform a comprehensive oral evaluation. Dr. Grayson and our dental hygienist will determine an individual treatment plan designed to maintain or restore your oral health to optimal condition. Many patients who have been well maintained and present with no form of periodontal
disease usually are able to receive a prophylaxis cleaning during their first visit.
What precautions do you take to ensure patient safety?
Our entire practice team is well-versed in state-of-the-art sanitation techniques designed to ensure patient safety. This goes beyond wearing gloves and face masks to prevent cross
contamination. Your safety is a top priority.
I really don't like visiting the dentist, is there anything you can do to help me relax?
We strive to create a relaxing atmosphere. We all have a contagious attitude of enjoying our work that's hard to beat. Plus, our entire staff is trained to be alert and aware of your concerns, so that we can make your visit as comfortable as possible. In addition to offering local anesthetic, nitrous oxide or oral conscious sedation are offered to help ease our patients’
anxiety during dental procedures.
What do I do if I have an emergency when the office is closed?
Simply call our office and listen to our voicemail message to obtain the after-hours emergency number. The emergency service will contact Dr. Grayson directly. Be sure to leave your NAME, PHONE NUMBER, & YOUR CONCERN. Dr. Grayson will call you back as soon as she can.
You must be a patient of record to use this service.
Do you accept my insurance?
We are contracted with a few insurance companies. Please call your insurance carrier to confirm rather or not we are on your company's provider list. You can still be seen in our office if we are not on your list, and we will help you file your
insurance claim for payment to us for your services."
